We played a game called It’s Tuesday¬†in improvisational theatre. Tuesday is normal; it could be any day of any week. Our job as writers and performers was to make this Tuesday a Tuesday that was fundamentally different. Exciting, tragic, sad or odd but always different because audiences don’t want to watch an any-old Tuesday story.

The First Aid for Leather video starts with a scream: “Oh my God”, accompanied by sirens on a black screen. This doesn’t happen on any-old Tuesday.
